Specs
Perimeter beams are W10 x wide flange beams supported by tube steel posts
Steel joists are 10” 16ga galvanized 50 ksi steel
OSB decking is 23/32” T&G OSB
Waterproof membrane is easily installed by others over the OSB substrate
Deck frame is designed to hold up to 3-1/2” of natural or colored patterned concrete. Or in lieu of concrete; pavers, flagstone, or other stone products can be used
