Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, Torin joined the company in June of 2003. He is the first point of contact for new projects and conducts the final review of all proposals and designs. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Denver with a bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, classic cars and high altitude horticulture.

Born in Loveland, Colorado, Skylar has been with the company since January of 2003. He holds an undergraduate degree from Central Christian College in engineering and is responsible for design, engineering calculations, purchasing and concrete scheduling. His hobbies include custom audio and reading. Skylar has been married for 7 years with one daughter.

A transplant from Springfield, IL, Chris joined the team in March 2005 after working 10 years for Barton Supply. He manages all the field operations of the company and is responsible for crew scheduling and quality control. He has been married for three years rides motorcycles in his spare time. He is an avid football and basketball fan. He is an active member of The Arvada JW Congregation.

Conni was born and raised in Lincoln Nebraska where she attended the University of Nebraska. Conni has lived in Colorado for 40 years. She joined the company with 35 years of financial experience in September 2016. Conni manages the financial operations of the company and in her spare time she enjoys volunteering at church, reading, cooking, gardening and taking strolls with her dog Kody. Conni has been married for 40 years to her husband Michael and enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and 5 grandchildren.

Osiel was born in Burbank, California. He joined the company in 2000. Osiel is married with 3 kids. He graduated high school and has strong Catholic beliefs. Some of Osiel’s hobbies include watching movies and rollerskating.
